List Enhancement Services
- NCOA: Match against National Change of Address data - about 160 million address changes - to update your mailing list with the latest change of address filed with the USPS.
- CASS: Apply ZIP+4 and other delivery codes such as carrier route codes with Coding Accuracy Support System-certified software to improve address and ZIP code accuracy and qualify for postage discounts.
- MaxCOA: NCOA data contains only the most recent change of address; match against Maximum Change of Address data for the latest USPS updates PLUS two previous addresses, for move data as far back as 60 months.
- DVP: Delivery Point Validation identifies incorrect or incomplete addresses and validates accurate delivery point information down to an apartment or suite number.
- DSF2: The USPS Delivery Sequence File contains complete, exact address information for every delivery point served by the USPS and is used to insure that an address actually exists and is currently receiving deliveries.
- LACS: The Locatable Address Conversion System converts rural addresses containing route and box numbers to city-style addresses with street numbers, names, and directionals.
- DDNC: Maintained by the Direct Marketing Association, the Deceased Do Not Contact service enables mailers to eliminate deceased individuals from their files and prevents disturbing members of the deceased's household with unwanted mail.
